Directions

1. For the First Five Days (Loading Stage): Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning and the other 12 hours later or immediately after your workout. 2. Maintenance Stage: Take 1 serving immediately after your workout, or take 1 serving upon wakening on non-workout days. For optimal taste, mix 2 scoops (98 g) of Cell-Tech with 12 oz of cold water (add more water if taste is to sweet). After consumption of Cell-Tech, drink an additional 8 oz of water to help enhance creatine absorption. Cell-Tech should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks.
